《免責事項》
1、当イベントにおいて発生した事故や怪我などについて、当方では責任を負いかねますことをご了承下さい。
無理はせず、必ずご自身のペースでエクササイズをお楽しみ下さい。
また、水分補給は曲の途中でも構いませんので
必ずお取り下さいますようお願い致します。
体調の優れない方は我慢せずにインストラクター・スタッフまでお声掛け下さい。
2、貴重品は必ず各自で管理していただくようお願い致します。
盗難・紛失などについての責任は一切負いません。
3、当イベントにはプロのカメラマンが入ります。また、撮影した写真はSNSなどへ掲載することがございます。撮影NGの方は事前に受付スタッフへお伝え下さい。

In order to conduct event safely and pleasantly, please understand and accept following:

1. Please note that sponsor of event is unable to take any responsibilities regarding accidents and injuries that occurred in this event. Please enjoy exercise during this event at your own pace. Stay Hydrated. Please drink water by all means even in the middle of the song. If you are not feeling well, please let instructors/staffs know.
2. Please manage valuables by yourself. Sponsor of event cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.
3. This event will be attended by professional photographers. Photos taken may be posted on SNS. If no picture taken is allowed by participant, please let reception knows in advance.
《注意事項》
・質問は各インストラクターまでお願い致します。
・受付は10:00〜となります。スムーズに進めるために、事前に上記免責事項をご確認下さいますようご協力お願い致します。
・更衣室は大変狭くなっております。混雑を緩和するため、ウェア着用でのご来場にご協力下さい。
・ゴミのお持ち帰りにご協力下さい。
・受付の流れ
スタッフにお名前を伝えていただき、
①zumBBQ
大人¥5000
②ZUMBAのみ
¥2000(高校生以下はZUMBA無料)
※当日飛び入り参加の方はその旨お伝えください。
③BBQのみ
大人¥3000
中高生¥1500
小学生¥1000
…それぞれの料金をお支払いいただき、ミネラルウォーターをお受け取り下さい。
BBQご参加の方は名札シールを受け取り、お名前(ニックネームOK)を記入し、BBQの時に名札として見える場所に貼って下さい。
・更衣室、荷物置き場はステージ裏となります。貴重品の管理は各自でお願い致します。
・10:20までに各自受付・着替えを済ませ、ステージ前へスタンバイをお願い致します。
・ZUMBAが始まりますと、ステージ裏へは入れなくなります！！
飲み物やタオルなど必要なものは忘れずにお持ち下さい。
・更衣室にシャワーやコインロッカーはございません。
・シャワーをご利用になりたい方は公園内のプール施設をご利用下さい。

-Reception for the event starts at 1000 am. To progress smoothly, please ensure “disclaimer” above in advance.
-Reception process-
Provide your name to the staff and pay:
1. ZumBBQ (Zumba&BBQ) participant 5000 yen
2. Only Zumba participant 2000 yen (No charge under high school student)
3. Only BBQ (Adult 3000 yen, high school/Junior high student 1500 yen,
Elementary school student 1000 yen)
Please take a bottle of water included in the price.
If you are participant of BBQ, accept name sticker and write your name (nickname is OK), put it within sight of others during BBQ.
- In Yamato Hikichidai park venue, locker room/store baggage space is behind event stage. Please manage valuables by yourself.
- Please complete reception process, and change close by 1020.
- Once the event starts in Yamato Hikichidai park venue, you are unable to enter locker room/store baggage space to take your luggage/goods. Don’t forget take water and other necessities.
-There is no shower/coin locker in the locker room in Yamato Hikichidai park venue. If you like to take shower, please use pay shower in swimming pool facility. <http://www.yamato-zaidan.or.jp/hop/howtouse-2>
-Yamato Hikichidai park venue is outside. Please watch your step during the Zumba event. Make sure to stay hydrated. If you get sick, please let instructors/staffs know.
